Advanced training supplements.?

Postby komando33386 » 1. May 2010, 04:44

Was just browsing web for some protein sups and thought i would browse some other products, i searched by goal and selected power and strength and i am now looking at a list of over 100 products that i really have no idea what they are, what they do and if they are even legal.. Legal anabolic steroids basically, that tell me they have cracked hormonal enhancements to have huge gains and no side effects. Also on the list is a fair amount of BSN products, which is official nutritional supplement provider of the UFC, which advertise as "fight stacks" ect. Can someone shed some light on these products? I'm pretty sure even my doctor could not advice me on these products, does anyone know what these products are? Are they safe? Legal lol? What would be even more interesting, has anyone used them?

Example of one of the products info:

* Two molecules away from potent Trenbolone
* No DHT conversion or related hair loss or acne
* No estrogen conversion or related gyno or bloating
* Works directly at receptor level, no conversion needed
* Incredible muscle pumps
* Get leaner, harder, and stronger
* 8-10 hour half life

Do these products really sell? Who is buying them?? I would honestly feel safer taking illegal steroids, at least with that i have a good idea of what risks i face lol. It makes me think of these legal drugs on the market like methadrone ect, mad chemists playing with drugs in labs and unleashing unknown mayhem on the users. I don't know though, that's why i ask.

all the the ads that say legal steroids and stuff like that are mostly bogus, most of them are either DHEA or some herb used for sexual enhancement. you'll be wasting your money. now the pro-hormones which most were banned since January 2010 do work but at a great price, most are methylated which means they are alkalyted at the 17 position. that modification makes them both potent and at the same time very toxic to the liver (they pass through the liver twice). besides the side effects are just too much, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, liver damage and the last but not the least natural testosterone production suppression. off course they're ways to deal with all of that but what's the point, i work out to be healthy and that defeats the purpose.it is a personal choice and i am by no mean advocating one thing against an other but it is true the real stuff is safer.

depending on what you want to do though there is a bunch of natural supplements that you can take that would make a huge difference in your training and appearance. just remember this 80% of what people look like is due to their diet, supplements would help tremendously if added to a good diet but alone they won't get you decent results for strength, muscle building, endurance or whatever objective you have. actually even steroids (or prohormones for that matter) won't get you anywhere without a good diet. if you have a question about anything I'll be happy to help :).

Thanks man, you should post more, sound like you know what your talking about and its hard to get good info on these things. So they have recently been banned? Im in UK do same laws apply? The products im looking at are indeed advertised as pro hormones, example: Advanced Muscle Science Liquidrone 60ml, containing: Estra-4, 9-diene-3, 17-dione 12.5mg per serving, with under the tongue delivery. Claims:
* Avoid first pass through the liver - maximizing the anabolic efficiency
* Reach desired anabolic blood plasma levels faster with five times the efficiency
* Anabolic Liposomal liquid solution spikes blood plasma levels faster and five times as efficient as standard oral capsules and tablets.
Im not actually looking for a product to use personally but interested in knowing more. I have a close friend who was wanting to take steroids when he began training with me, he has a bad temper and hereditary baldness in his family, so i strongly advised against it lol. He doesn't research and uses me as his source of info, is this a better alternative for him? Do they still effect baldness and mood?

Also what are the natural sups you would recommend?

Well i have ectomorph body type, my goal should be size but id rather see how far i can build strength and if size comes fair enough, if not, its not a big deal, rather be skinny n strong than bulky and weak. My metabolism is obviously pretty strong so i need eat lots carbs to keep energy. Energy and strength basically, i already take a protein & weight gainer shake and also creatine. I also usually eat porridge in morning for energy through the day.
