Are there ways to increase hand speed without any equipment?

Explosive push-ups (your hands leave the ground)

Since speed combined with power comes out of the hips and legs, I would suggest sprinting uphills.

I'd advice some boxing drills.
They're at the most without gym equipment and produce results!

This dude here is all about natural exercises, you can take a look in his videos!!
warning, don be nuts as this guys, at the end, he has years of hardcore training, you dont have to do 20 explosive push ups,
start with 2x10sets(in addition to your regular workout)
2 x week,(do tuesday then skip two to three days and do again)
on the third and fourth week, goes to 4x10 twice a week,
then the next two weeks go for 2x8 with 1minute resting, then 5x5 reps with 30secs in between.
You dont do like this he 's doing in this vid, just clap your hands once as u push yourself off the floor, do it without stopping and fast, and do have to touch the floor with chest.

Honestly, developing explosion without hurting your shoulders takes time, so do it in time, at the end, a hurt fighter isn't different from a hurt cow

true that, speed is mainly genetic, like being a fast runner, there are some things you can do, shore up your form and all that, but you will probably never be as fast as floyd mayweather unless you are genetically predisposed to be that way. however we teach speed combative technique, that is to say we teach a style that is meant to combat those that are faster than us. you can do this by using feints and other techniques to distract your opponent or disguise your intentions, if you are not that fast i suggest taking this road. one way you can combat speed is actually by slightly delaying your attack, begin the movement, but dont complete it until a split second later. imagine if you could make floyd bob without fully extending your punch, then you could punch him where his head is at. thats the theory. this works great against boxers. to see my sensei display this technique is far more impressive than reading what i have to type about it, i assure you.

yea explosive pushup do help, but not the way that guys doing them, hes doing half pushup with him back bending for elevation, which reduced power. if u can keep your back straight while u do pushups liek than that would be prime. But best result ive notived for greater hand speeds, is the old boxing trick. Shadow box with 2-3 pound weight in your hand. Than after a 2 min set try and shadow box norammly. I gurantee this will bring results! :D

Slow shadowboxing with weights to train muscular endurance in your shoulders, OK.
But shadowboxing with weights, fast enough to train explosiveness? That does not sound healthy.

I also think the genetic thing is not important for you, because that's true for everything. Not everybody could like be Lance Armstrong or Albert Einstein. Nevertheless you work on your endurance and go to school, right?

Well, it's not like you're using a 10 pound dumbbell to punch. A weight small enough to not disrupt your punching technique should be perfectly fine to train explosiveness with. All sorts of explosive exercises, lifts especially, are performed with weights and can greatly increase your ability to explode and this technique specifically has been around forever.

Anyways, Ross Enamait (the guy in the video up there^) has a whole 6 week program dedicated to improving punching power, one facet of that being speed. I've been doing this for the past 2 months and I've noticed massive gains in speed thus far. Basically, it's throwing combos with small weights (3-5 pounds max.) as quickly as possible with plenty of rest in between. 4-8 punches x 6 sets with weights followed by 4 punches x 4 sets without weights, all thrown at maximum speed.

If you don't have any weights plyometric pushups are also great for developing speed as long as you focus on staying off the ground as much as possible.

I'd also suggest any of a variety of medicine ball plyometric exercises. Medicine balls are mad expensive though.

When you keep your eyes open you can get them cheap. I have one (3 kg, new) and paid 20$ or something.

I'm sure there are a lot of medicine balls on ebay.

BTW: Fitness-equipment is ridiculously overpriced. I would advise you to avoid it if possible, especially martial arts equipment.

I got my bag for 150, in the fitness-store they wanted to sell one for 800 to me.
I got my weights-equipment from the internet for 1300. In the store they wanted to sell stuff for at least 3000 to me.
There's surfer rashguards for 15-20. In a martial arts store you pay easily 80-100.
The same with gloves. I got a pair of no-names for 100 and they are great. For Twins, Paffen, ... you pay 200.

yea well in the fight (or in any sport actually) speed is always a huge leg up, the proof is in the pudding
