I really havent calculated my intake but i do eat varied food and usually only food thats good for the body so I doubt its the diet.
And the matrass should not be a problem, doesnt mather how i am positioned when i sleep, still not getting enough blood out there and I wake up all tense and hurting

its not just the position while sleeping on the matrass, if you matrass somehow reduces your movement during the nights you don't get your blood flow everywhere it should.

It could be your diet. Or it could be you are sweating a lot and not getting salt back into your body. Or you could have http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Restless_leg_syndrome
I recommend Gatorade and jogging

In theory this could work, with the whole blood vessel expansion that happens with heat.

Increased Blood Flow

Problems of High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Bad Circulation, Muscle Injuries and Cramps can be severely limited through Infrared Sauna Therapy. During a 15-30 minute sauna session, the heart rate increases by 50-75%.

It's not about the visuality, I have a horrible flow of blood, it hurts when I wake up from having slept and limbs have been without blood for a long time. I only work out now for my health and my health sucks ^^

How you eat counts a lot. the time you eat before going to bed too.
Cardio training will improve your circulation once cardio has all its connections made by the pipes in your body most known as arteries and veins.

Drink water, not together with your meal.
Drink green tea too, that helps cleaning the clogged fat in your pipes.

avoid fat in large quantities. . . butter, creamy food, with lots of cheese.... give your body a break!! :)

I still think its might be your matrass you have a quality one or a cheap one? the waking up part where limbs have been without blood for a long time makes me think this maybe ask your doctor about it and ask if your matrass might be the problem

It's a quality one and it doesnt really mather on what matrass i sleep on :(, same thing every morning. I wake up with a form of rigor that also hurts after a while and continues for some time. Only after a while does it let up. Figured it had to be the blood flow that makes the limbs lack ATP and therefore tense up :(

Try sleeping in/wearing in general compression wear? Don't use them personally but have had many high level athlete friends swear by them in terms of reducing muscle soreness and helping recovery rates.
