nfajammin wrote:hay kusok i was reading your post and noticed that you said " coffee and other drinks dont count" not a big deal and im no expert but i have been reading up on some of these facts lately. It appears its a common misconception that water is the only drink that counts as part of your water intake, sorry i cant give you a link it was in a book by Dr Ben Goldachre ( there is a section dispelling some of the health myths out there ) . Basically although it probably is better to drink a cup of water rather than coffee, you will still pretty much be getting the same amount of water. Little fact for you there. always worth doing a bit of research yourself so dont take my word for it .

Definitely ^^^
But while coffee has as much water as umm... WATER (lol) it has properties that dehydrate you... It's easier to simply drink a couple of cups of water at every meal. I see too many people drinking a couple of glasses of milk, juice, coffee, beer... soft drinks... or some other beverage, and then being 100% confident that they are properly hydrated... which isn't the case at all.

kusok wrote:Sas. Are you drinking enough water? 12 cups of filtered water per day? (coffee and other drinks don't count)
Are you eating enough fat? 0.5 grams fat per 1 lbs of your bodyweight daily is minimum for optimum hormonal balance etc.
You taking fish oil? Unless you eat a lot of fatty fish, fish oil really helps with soreness.
Are you getting enough vitamins? May I recommend a powerful multi like Orange Triad?
Are you eating 6 servings of green veggies daily?
Are you taking any drugs or pills? You should NOT.
Do you drink or smoke? You should NOT.
Do you get enough sleep? 8 hours is minimum.
If you do the stuff above there is no chance in hell your health can be poor. No chance in hell bro. None.
take care of yourself man, waking up with sore muscles is a very bad sign. Please take care.

tru dat ^^^ lol
But also, Sas, I almost forgot. Make sure you get your macros in order: (complete protein - high - about 1 gram per 1 lbs of your bodyweight, and fat about 0.5 grams per 1 lbs of your body weight. The rest should be carbs)
People experiencing your issues often don't have enough protein or fat or carbs in their diet.
And don't over-train! How many days a week you work-out? I hope it isn't 6 or 7...
