Sonnen can be a complete tool but I can't argue with him in this clip. The UFC is a business and a show business. Why do you think Brock Lesnar acted like he did after the Herring fight. He was told if you're a draw you'll fight on big cards and make big money. He did get a little too pro wrestling but that comes from the UFC/Dana not coaching him well. I hope someone will start showing the fighters Chael talks about in this clip because there are some amazing fighters out there people may never see.

until 1:45 what he talks is absolutely true. earlier when the UFC still was unknown they had to go for profit but now its time to do something for the sport. MMA needs a free association with the goal to bring up the sport not only for profits sake. MMA is like fucking professional boxing.

This wouldn't be the case if people didn't hang on every word Dana White says. Dana Whit drones need to be sacrificed

No surprises in what he's saying, I think he's just the only popular fighter to actually say something about it which is nice. I don't think we'll see fighters facing whoever they want anytime near or far. Maybe in 20+ years, or whenever MMA is recognized as a legit sport.
