Ya, something about his face pisses me off. I want to punch him in the mouth. Nate will take care of that for me. KO round uno.

not really sure what the purpose of this matchup could be, if nate wins he'll be no closer to the title and if he loses it would be tragic for his career........... that being said nate marquardt via 2nd rd ko

that makes sense !
though chael has beaten okami who dana at least sees as on of the top fighters in this weightclass...
who else would you match up with nate?... i would give him a titleshot if you ask me... he showed it allready he is worth it !

Nate gets a title shot if he wins.
Here what I think should happen
If GSP beats Hardy then he faces winner of Kos and Daley.
Silva beats Vitor then he rematches Nate.
Then we get the match-up we want Silva vs GSP. unless GSP is a puss

well nate has already proven he deserves another title shot so that's were i think he should be, the only reason dana gave belfort the shot is cuz he's a bigger draw, think about it... are people more likely to buy the ppv between silva and the new exciting dude straight off a convincing win over rich franklin or between silva and some dude who's ass he already kicked and has earned his way up fighting a bunch of lackluster opponents? from a money standpoint it's pretty obvious why dana picked the way he did, it just kinda bumms me out that no matter the sport, money is always the deciding factor in these situations, especially cuz i'm an aspiring fighter who wishes to make it to this level one day, guess i'll always have to just try to win in exciting fashion to be a crowd favorite so that i get my fair shots lol

I agree with you on every point except GSP vs SILVA bro, while I agree that fight would be epic and arguably the best and most technical mma fight ever (right alongside Rua vs Machida) its very unlikely cuz of the size differences between the two, silva's a heavyweight who cuts down to 185 and 205, 6'2" and a 77.5 reach and gsp is a middleweight who cuts down to 170 5'10" and a 76 reach, the only thing close between the two is their reach, i would love to see this fight but i think the differences in size are too vast for Joe Silva to ever consider matching them up

gsp wont fight anderson silva..silva is gonna be fighting heavyweight i wanna see marquardt vs henderson why is everyone overlooking hendo in the #1 contender picture? gsp is gonna make dan hardy look like a 1st timer and he would crush paul daley and josh koscheck at the same time. Daley is the only one i see as being any sort of threat at 170. Lets not forget about swick either we will see how he fairs in a week or so
