This is only interesting because it is a skilled fighter vs. a big dumb animal. Don't get me wrong, the big dumb animals can make OKAY fighters, but when it comes to skill, if they don't have it, they won't go far. Couture showed amazing composure in all of his heavyweight fights and that is what is going to beat a brute like Lesnar. Couture is old and definitely beatable, but if Lesnar wins, he won't hold the belt for more than two fights. Being in WWE has made him too much a showboater and he doesn't have that composure that a great fighter needs. I think Fedor would murder him. Let's be honest, he beat Herring, who is good, but not the most amazing or impressive fighter. Of course this is for the money, what else is the UFC about? Just quit whining about Dana White's selections because eventually the best will get their belts.

I know you didn't just say Brock Lesnar has no skill. NCAA CHAMPION. He had like 5 losses and 100 wins in his college wrestling career. He has insane wrestling skills that NOBODY in MMA can touch at the moment.
"There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even
considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die."

I think the fight could go either way, but don't forget Randy is usually at his best when fighting bigger guys........ Yes Brock is huge, but Randy is one strong mofo. And if I was to rank the skill of the two on wrestling, Randy has much better technique. Another thing, Randy's game is dirty boxing, up close in your face clinch boxing. His game plan isn't to knock you out like Rashad did to Chuck, his game plan is to impose his will on his opponent, it's all a mental game for Randy. Someone mentioned Brock's long arms, they won't be very effective with Randy's face only an inch from Brock's. Give the old guy some credit, don't count him out. It's going to be a close fight.
I wonder how much adversity Brock has had to overcome, even as a wrestler. How strong is his mental game? Randy will test that, guaranteed.

Exactly bro u said it "Impose his will" i dont think Randy has the strength to impose on Brock or the Speed to set the Tempo i really think Dana wants to get back at Couture for leaving but it'll be a great fight i hope its a 5 round war
And Thus a new begining has come that of the Next Big Thing,

Regardless of the politics in this situation I think it’s a great opportunity to introduce old VS new ya feel me!… I think that brock has enormous potential… and putting him against people like herring, nog, and couture is a good thing… you don’t get better by fighting sapps (no pun intended)…. However this is a great opportunity for randy to showcase his talent as a 45 year old man… something like this is just a stepping stone for the UFC,.. dana white knows what he’s doing (as much as I hate to admit it)…
I want to see this fight though… I got my money on brock but my heart on couture… ya dig?… that’s the only way to truly see if brock is the real deal… honestly randy pissed me off doing that whole leave the UFC to fight fedor deal… fedor doesn’t fight in the states… that’s a known fact…. UFC would have to host that shit in japan where they have little to no audience… AND pay fedor 2.5 mil just for one fight…. I don’t think its worth it… the UFC HW division is slim…. But still there are powerhouses inside that division…. Good luck to both fighters and may the best man win
And I DO NOT like brocks disrespect at all… he acts like a lil school girl when he wins…. His brain needs to catch up with the rest of him…. Other than that he’s a good fighter and a contender… who else is gonna get a title shot>??? That seems to be the whole heavy weight division….

Fuck off Herring called him anobody and look what happened to him Brock should have made a 4th round afterwards and if u just beat one of the most well rounded and top HW's in the division wouldnt you act like that too hell i'd do way more then just give him a little shove and walk back to my corner, And Fedor dont even get paid 500G's a fight his last fight Sylvia got 850 and he only got 500 i think he got jipped
I Hope Brock pushes all his opponents after he wins just so yall can say he isnt a sportsman when he is actually a very respectful man Herring thought it'd be a cakewalk and showed no respect to Brock plus he only shoved Herring i didnt see him shove Mir or Min So Kim did YOU?
And Thus a new begining has come that of the Next Big Thing,

He couldn't push Mir. He was to busy slapping Mir's ass to tap out.
Finally , one worth hanging on the wall!

I see what your saying… I don’t think the shove was the disrespect I think pretending to ride him like a horse at the end of the last round was disrespect… something childish… brock is gonna be great I don’t deny that… I just don’t think he’s the brightest star in the sky and can easily be out witted!
and he didnt do nothing to mir cuz he lost.. and kim couldnt even get up after the fight was over.... so it is what it is....

THe only way Brock beats Randy is if Randy gets paid to lose. Frank Mir beat Brock FRANK MIR. You are talking about one of the greatest of all time in Randy how can he lose.
