My name's Vance. I'm from Hawaii, and have been checkin this forum out for awhile now, but haven't done a lot of posting until lately.

Let's see...here in Hawaii, MMA is a very popular, because I guess everyone's pissed off and they juts want to fight....I don't know. Anyway, I don't do a whole lot of fighting, but I have deep respect and appreciation for the sport.

I play a lot of guitar, go to school, and generally don't take life too seriously, which is both my strength and downfall I guess. And since these forums seem caught up in drugs lately, I don't do anything illegal anymore....I drink my Bud, don't smoke any buds anymore. So, yeah...next guy?

This is actually a very cool addition to this forum.

My name is Douglas, and I'm from Tampa, FL. i also spent a year living in Puerto Rico, where I learned Spanish. I'd go back in a heartbeat if it was easier to find work down there. However, I live in San Diego now, where MMA is extremely popular (you'll notice a lot of fighters from San Diego, Temecula, Carlsbad, etc and many of them train just north of here in Big Bear). I wrestled my way through high school and did a little club wrestling in college. Since graduation, I've been focused on BJJ. I have a lot of work to do, but the guy who runs my gym is a great teacher with a couple of world title to his name, so I'm getting better (though I currently have a broken foot...damnit)

Anyways, I work as a financial analyst and I chill with my grlfriend, drink beer, and play guitar in my spare time. Life's pretty good.

I'm Emmett, I'm from DC, and I'm a junior in high school. I know you're gonna think I'm just a little kid who doesn't know shit but this really ain't true. I started wrestling when I was 7, but I grew tired of not being allowed to snap limbs and choke people unconscious so I took up BJJ. I'm a brown belt and I prefer to train no gi (I just think it's more practical). My favorite technique is the armbar. I'd like to think mine are wicked. I once got one on Kurt Pellegrino but he might have given it to me out of pity after he had been constantly subbing me for a half hour.

I enjoy phat bluntz and slick armbars. They go well together.

Hey all I'm from Canada. Just started posting on this site recently and think this is awesome with all the vids. Just like to workout I take Muay Thai and just enjoy relaxing and taking it easy. Appreciate this thread, great idea!
