just when you hit the bag or also when you work out? And does your face get really red easily or when you work out and punch? It might be a circulation thing like too much blood to the dome.

Headaches

1. Neck and bridging excersises (posture problems)
2. Hydration
3. BREATHING

I used to shake and get evil migraines while training, and my instructor told me to relax and work these things and they helped alot
