I'm all for Forrest, but Silva (I'm pretty sure) has the power for a KO. They're both smart competitors. It'll be a fight that fans will talk about down the road.

Personally, I've been waiting on this match up. Dreaming of it even haha!

If Fedor got chumped that way
he wouldn't be allowed to live it down.
How does a normal grown man
imitate the Queen of Pop (RIP) M
Jackson, and think it is cool?
Why doesn't Silva do his "moonwalk"
wearing his MJ sequined outfit for the
FGriffin fight?
Griff all the way! (He ought to
do the moonwalk wearing MJ stuff
to goof on Silva!! It would psyche
Silva WAY out!!

LOL  funny but also insightful 8) ,

its funny who he defeats good fighters like Franklin and Henderson, but he gets whooped by opponents with losing and pretty bad records. I hope Griffin crushes this over hyped arachnid. I would also like to see Hendo snag his belt so he can fight W. Silva at 185, that would be an interesting fight.

War Griffin

Everytime I count Forrest out he ends up winning so I'm not gonna count him out this time. However, I still think Anderson will win just not necessarily as one sided as he usually wins.

Griffin is the only fighter who had the reach advantage on Anderson in the ufc, if I'm not mistaken. Its not a huge reach advantage though and I believe Anderson is great at closing the distance and getting out of harms way quickly. But Forrest can take a pretty good punch and will push the pace. Unfortunately for Forrest, I think Anderson is at his best when people try to attack him. I seriously doubt that Anderson will use the clinch much against Forrest due to the size advantage Forrest will have.

IMO Forrest's best bet at winning this is mixing it up on the feet so he can land some good leg kicks and reduce anderson's footwork. OR Forrest should try to get the fight to the ground and gnp Anderson, even if its just enough to win each round. Bottomline, I really don't see Forrest finishing Anderson and I believe his best bet is to try to win a decision.
