Fedor is the best of all time...but to say he is currently the best in the world...now that's harder to say.
He is not facing top caliber competition...PERIOD! Strikeforce doesn't have any HW that can give you the right to say, now i am one of the best because i beat X outside of Fedor. Rogers would be good, but not a champ in the UFC...no where near a champ...
there are at least 4 guys who would mop the floor with him, so you cant say beating him clearly shows he is still the best. Maybe if he put him away in 30 seconds...you might have a point, but it took him some time and Rogers even did a little damage.

It has finally gotten to the point in my opinion where if Fedor wants to say he is [i]still[/i] the "best in the world'...he has to beat a top 3 heavyweight

you cant keep letting him coast off of past accomplishments in CURRENT rankings...John Elway is not the MVP in the NFL anymore for this same reason...and he couldn't regain the MVP by dropping into the Arena league either...which is tantamount to Fedor fighting his current competition.

Sure couture would have more technique in the wrestling department but rogers is so big and i don't think randy would be able to do much damage on the ground, and any time the fight is standing i think randy would be in serious danger of being koed.

Ya willy i did see that "epic battle", which kinda proves my point becuz in the fight with sylvia he never inflicted and serious amount of damage on the ground.

Not a Randy hater nor a nuthugger and same goes for Fedor. From this very short video and from what is said by Randy, it is pretty easy to agree with what he is saying. Does Fedor have anything to prove to anyone? No, he doesn't but it wouldn't hurt if he made the effort to.

we have to remember that until recently the UFC heavy weight division was a joke. randy needs to shut the fuck up, his humping his opponents until the judges can had him the victory is embarrassing. i would rather see carwin, cain, or even brock in their if we are gonna do a cold war era u.s.a. vs cccp fight. i would rather see those fellas bang and go out on their shields than watch randy love up fedor until fedor catches him and makes randy make a boomboom his adult diapers.

Randy needs to step down.
